Truelove

Bha an Truelove gu math coltach ris an Isa Wood. Bha dlùth cheangal aice ri Toghsgaig, oir 's ann le dithis bhràithrean às a' bhaile is a bha i: Fionnlagh MacLeòid (Fionnlagh Chraolaig) agus Iain MacLeòid (Am Broc).

Thàinig True Love II dhan Chomraich cuideachd. Mu dheireadh, bha Coinneach (no Kenny Fhionnlaigh Chraolaig) na sgiobair oirre. Agus bha an True Love III aig Alasdair, ogha Fhionnlaigh, anns na 1980an.

Air a' chiad san darna bàta den ainm, anns a' chriubha aig amannan cuideachd bha Iain Dòmhnallach ('Ain Dungain); Coinneach Màrtainn; Dunnchadh Siosalach; agus Iain Fionnlasdan ('Ain Mòr).

Uaireannan bha an Truelove air a cumail sa Pholl Chreadha, agus aig amannan eile ann an Toghsgaig.

Truelove

The Truelove was very like the Isa Wood. She had a close link to Toscaig, and she was owned by two brothers from that township: Finlay MacLeod (Fionnlagh Chraolaig) and John MacLeod (Am Broc).

The True Love II came to Applecross as well. Eventually, it was Kenny (Kenny Fhionnlaigh Chraolaig) who was her skipper. And the True Love III was owned by Finlay's grandson, Ali, in the 1980s - he still fishes today.

On both the Trulove and the Truelove II, the crew also included John MacDonald ('Ain Dungain), Kenny Martin, Duncan Chisholm and John Finlayson ('Ain Mòr).

Sometimes, the Truelove would be moored in the Poll Chreadha, and sometimes round at Toscaig.
